Who's behind the chair
Two chairs, both booked by the same people for years. We would rather do fewer heads properly than turn a room over all day.
Before you come in
The questions we get asked most.
For anything lightening, yes — and it's free. We check the condition of your hair and do a patch test. It saves a lot of disappointment.
Cuts often go same week. Colour is usually a week or two out, more around holidays.
Tell us in the chair, not in the car. Anything we got wrong we fix at no charge within a week.
When there's a gap, yes. Booking online is the only way to be certain.
