Single room
One space, done properly, for a flat fee. The most common thing we're asked for.
Kitchens & bathrooms
Where the layout changes. Drawings, permits and cabinet specification included.
Sourcing & procurement
We buy at trade and pass it on. You see the invoices.
E-design
A full plan and shopping list, delivered remotely, for you to execute at your own pace.
Styling & install
The last day, when everything arrives and gets placed. Usually the part people remember.

From first walk-through to the last cushion.
An hour at your place
We walk the rooms, talk about how you actually live, and say what's realistic for your budget.
Drawings before anything is ordered
Plans, elevations and a full specification. You approve it before a single invoice exists.
We install and you move back in
Deliveries received, trades coordinated, boxes removed. You come back to a finished room.

What clients ask first.
A fixed fee agreed before we start, not a percentage of what you spend. A percentage rewards us for talking you into a more expensive sofa, and we'd rather not be paid that way.
No, and most people shouldn't. One room done properly is usually a better use of the money than everything done thinly.
Usually yes, and we'll tell you honestly which pieces are worth keeping and which are quietly ruining the room.
A single room is usually six to ten weeks including lead times. Full renovations run months, and we'll give you a real schedule rather than an optimistic one.
