What clients ask first.
A fixed fee agreed before we start, not a percentage of what you spend. A percentage rewards us for talking you into a more expensive sofa, and we'd rather not be paid that way.
No, and most people shouldn't. One room done properly is usually a better use of the money than everything done thinly.
Usually yes, and we'll tell you honestly which pieces are worth keeping and which are quietly ruining the room.
A single room is usually six to ten weeks including lead times. Full renovations run months, and we'll give you a real schedule rather than an optimistic one.
